제목 Nucleic acid based biopolymers for Biomedical Applications
초록 Nucleic acids have been popularly facilitated to fabricate micro- and nanoscale structures via biological and chemical conjugation. In this presentation, several bio-conjugates based on RNAs and DNAs will be presented. Recently developed bio-conjugates composed of short chain RNAs like small interfering RNA (siRNA) and microRNA (miRNA) will be discussed. Short chain RNAs and DNAs  are biologically functional molecules which possess great potential as biomarkers, therapeutic targets, and vaccine/adjuvants. This presentation will outline our recent results related to delivery of short chain RNAs and DNAs. Particularly, multivalent bioconjugates will be discussed as simple, efficient, and targeted delivery systems for RNAs and DNAs for cancer treatment and immunotherapy.
