Since the first study on dye-sensitized nanocrystalline TiO2, dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have been considered as a promising alternative to conventional photovoltaic devices due to the merits of low material cost, easy fabrication process and simple fabrication equipment. In this study, all solid-state DSSCs with 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis[N,N-di(4-methoxyphenyl)amino]-9,9'-spirobifluorene (Spiro-OMeTAD) as a hole transporting material were fabricated, and their photovoltaic properties were investigated. A device with ZnTFSI2-doped Spiro-OMeTAD layer showed a photovoltaic performance of 8.605 mA/cm2 for the short-circuit current, 0.602 V for the open-circuit voltage, and 60.42% for the fill factor, which led to a power conversion efficiency of 3.13%. |
