제목 Effect of Supercritical Fluid Treatments on Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes : Dispersion, Purification, and Chirality Separation
초록 Single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) was treated with carbon dioxide supercritical fluids (SCF) containing SDS solution. SCF treatments had several advantages regarding metallic impurity removal, easier dispersion, effective metallic/semiconducting components separation. 1. Part of nanosized catalyst impurity in SWCNT was removed during SCF treatment. 2. SCF-treated SWCNT was more easily dispersed without obvious damage upon ultrasonication. 3. Metallic and semiconducting components were found to be more effectively separated using agarose gel chromatography. Dispersion status of SWCNT in SDS solution was monitored using Cryo-EM analysis. And effects of SCF treatment such as debundling degree and purity of each M/S component was quantitatively analyzed using UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy along with Raman scattering.
