제목 Superomniphobic and Anti-Icing Coating Using Fluoro-Functionalized Wrinkle Mesoporous Silica​
초록 Superomniphobic surfaces were fabricated by coating fluorine-modified wrinkle mesoporous silica (FWMS) andpolydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). Al substrates were first coated with PDMS as an adhesive layer to improve the robustness and adhesion of FWMS coating. WMS with hierarchical mesopores were prepared, and then modified with 1H,1H,2H,2H-heptadecafluorodecyl trimethoxysilane. The FWMS/PDMS coating showed high static water contact angle of 173o and a low sliding angle of 1o. Importantly, the coating exhibited exceptional oil repellency with hexadecane contact angle of 165o and a sliding angle of 5o, demonstrating superior performance over conventional mesoporous silica. The radial and wrinkled shape of the large mesopores enabled high grafting content of the fluoroalkyl which is helpful in improving anti-icing property. The coating showed good anti-icing properties in a relatively humid condition (-20 oC,70 %RH) with ice adhesion strength of lower than 20 kPa.
