The study of surface textured ITO electrode for polymer solar cells |
초록 |
Since the discovery of the photovoltaic effect in bulk heterojunction (BHJ) devices, there has been a considerable development in polymer solar cells such as applying low band gap polymer materials, tandem structures, and morphology control in nanoscale. Surface texturing is another well known technique to increase the efficiency by reducing the light reflectance and increasing the light trapping in silicon solar cells. In this work, we propose a surface textured ITO electrode using modified conventional etching process and measure textured ITO surface roughness, transmittance and suitability to polymer solar cells. |
