Dispersion of Bimodal Carboxyl Protected Silver Nanoparticles in Water using Cetylpyridinium Chloride Surfactant |

Bimodal silver nanoparticles protected by carboxyl group are dispersed in water by using Cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) surfactant. High silver concentration solution of bimodal silver nanoparticles using CPC as surfactant can be used for various antibacterial applications. In this experiment aqueous solution of bimodal silver nanoparticles is obtained using simple method. The characterization of silver nanoparticles solution is confirmed by UV-Vis, DLS, TEM, XRD and Turbiscan analysis. |
