제목 | Chemical Vapor Deposition Poymerization and Properties of Poly(arylenevinylene)s in Nano Dimensions |
초록 | PPV, and Poly(oligo-thienylenevinylene)s [PTmV (m = 1-4)], were prepared in various nano shapes by chemical vapor deposition polymerization (CVDP) and their properties such as luminescence, optical and electrical properties, photoconductivity and FET characteristics were studied. PPV and PTV were carbonized to graphitic products. Photoconductivity of bilayered nanotubes consisting of carbonized PPV and PTV shows that they can be utilized in nano photo-switche and photovoltaic applications. |
