Inkjet Patterning of Silver Precursor for In-situ Chemical Reduction On Flexible Substrate |

Inkjet printing is a fascinating patterning technology that is increasingly development accepted for a wide variety of scientific applications. Moreover, a variety of future electronic devices such as flexible organic light displays, bendable touch screen and stretchable batteries are just about to be realized by inkjet printing with conductive pattern. Recently, this conductive pattern focus on mainly silver nanoparticles sintering inks. However, the cost of silver are very expensive and reduction temperature is very high. Thus we chose silver precursor and reducing agent for in-situ chemical reduction on flexible substrate fabricated by home or office inkjet. This technology has been fast processing, except lithography and cost effective. This patterned electrode performance is 5Ω/cm. So we fabricate paper base light emitting diode (LED), touch screen. In further of this study We will apply this technology to all paper based drone, microfluidic chips. |
