제목 | CO2 Hydrogenation to formic acid with NNN pincer heterogeneous catalyst |
초록 | As a catalyst for carbon dioxide hydrogenation, a heterogeneous catalyst supported with ruthenium is being actively studied. Covalent Triazine Framework (CTF) is a representative support for heterogeneous catalysts, but Porous Organic Polymer (POP) supports are also receiving a lot of attention. The POP supports using 2,6-Bis(pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (bpp-POP) is suitable for industrial use because it can be mass-produced without a complicated synthesis process. However, the hydrogenation reaction of the ruthenium-supported bpp-POP catalyst has lower activity and conversion compared to the CTF-supported catalyst. Therefore,studies to increase activity and conversion are needed. In general, in heterogeneous catalyst studies, activity and conversion tend to increase as the surface area increases. In this study, the surface area was increased by replacing the phenyl group of bpp-POP, which is a catalyst support, with a naphthalene group. |
