In this study, bovine serum albumin (BSA)-imprinted hydrogel freestanding films with on one-side structured inverse opal were successfully fabricated by UV-polymerization. To determine a binding capacity (Q) for the specific interaction between hydrogel film and BSA, BSA-extracted hydrogel film was incubated in the BSA solution at varous concentrations. A linear curve was obtained with the concentration range of 3.3-19.8ug/ml, and the sensitivity of the hydrogel film was determined from the slop of the calibration curve, equivalent to 4.634 ug/mg. Moreover, bending angle of the hydrogel film was investigated to confirm the effect of BSA absorption. The change of bending angle was shown to be -0.18°/ug in absorption mass of 12.32-73.52ug. |
