제목 Thermal Properties of Flame Retardant filledPLA/Wood Flour Bio-Composites
초록 Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) is biodegradable polymer that have high mechanical properties, but have weak thermal stability, which is one of difficulties to use as material of bio-composites. The aim of this work was investigate the weak thermal stability of PLA. Wood flour (WF) filled PLA bio-composites were reinforced by flame retardant. Flame retardant was compounded with polymer and natural biodegradable filler. Thermal properties of biodegradable polymer and bio-composites reinforced by flame retardant were measured and analyzed with DSC, DMA and TGA. The results can be predicted that showed improved thermal properties of flame retardant reinforced biodegradable bio-composite.
