Clustered Si nanoparticles Yolk-shell structure by Organic/Inorganic hybrid polymerization for Li ion batteries |
초록 |
Si anode has lots of problems such as volume expansion and poor electrical contact. For solving these problems, Yolk-shell structure is introduced and it shows good cycle stability and electrical conductivity. But Void engineered yolk-shell structure is suffered from very low initial coulombic efficiency because of high surface area. In this work, we propose a Si-clustered yolk-shell structure using hybrid polymerization. Si-clustered yolk-shell structure can get low surface area and exhibited higher initial coulombic efficiency about 80% and good cycle stability. By balancing the Si amount inside the shell, we could get optimal point showing high initial coulombic efficiency maintaining stable cycle stability. |
