제목 A Unique Quaternary One dimensional CdS based Nanoarchitecture for Efficient Charge Separation in Photocatalytic H2 Evolution Reaction
초록 The fabrication of multi-component nanostructures that exhibit synergetic performance arises from the distinctive functions of multiple entities are attractive materials for conversion of solar light into clean energies. In this work, we study the synthesis of 1D CdS based quaternary nanohybrids in two-step solvothermal processes. Compared to the traditional hybrid materials, the simultaneous growth of metal, bimetallic oxide and transition metal sulfides with a smaller band gap on a CdS semiconductor provides the quaternary heteronanostructures result in the formation of a solid state Z-scheme and type-II heterojunctions thereby promoting the charge separation efficiency in photocatalytic hydrogen-evolution reactions.
