제목 High proton selective Zeolite/Nafion composite membrane for DMFC using large pored ETS-10 and Zeolite-Beta
초록 DMFC has attracting a huge amount of attention due to its highly prospective future energy alternative. It has been pointed out, however that high methanol crossover is a barrier to overcome. In this study, nano-sized new titanium silicate zeolite, ETS-10 and its proton varient, and zeolite Beta were adopted to fabricated zeolite/Nafion composite membrane. These types zeolite are known as relatively large pored systems and the composite membranes were fabricated with different contents of zeolites using casting method. The results clearly shows that proton seletivities have been significantly enhanced compared to commercial Nafion 115.
