제목 Characteristics of ZnO nanostructures prepared by VLS method
초록 Zinc oxide nanorods were fabricated on the fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO) and Au-catalyzed by vapor-liquid-solid(VLS) method. ZnO powders with various particle size were used as a source material. The properties of the nanorods such as morphological characteristics, chemical composition and crystalline properties were examined by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The particle size of ZnO source strongly affected growth of ZnO nanostructures as well as the crystallographic structure.
