제목 Low-Voltage Organic/Inorganic Hybrid Complementary Inverters using Photo-Patterned ZnO Film
초록 Organic/inorganic hybrid complementary logic devices consisting of organic and metal oxide semiconductor for p-type and n-type, respectively, have attracted great attention as key elements for future electronics. To realize simple and low-cost fabrication technique, solution-processed and self-patterned ZnO semiconductor thin films may have the potentials for application to the n-type components in the complementary inverters because of their cost-efficiency and natural abundance. Therefore, in this work, photo-patterned ZnO film using solution processing techniques and demonstrated the transistor and organic/inorganic hybrid complementary inverter characteristics by making ZnO devices.
