제목 Preparation and photovoltaic performance of solar cells with ZnO microrods as photoelectrodes
초록 Thin ZnO film being able to act as both seed layer and hole-blocking layer was formed on FTO (F-doped tin oxide) glass by spin coating of zinc acetate solution followed by heat treatment. The films on FTO were soaked in a zinc nitrate solution for 4~8 hr, and then sintered at 450 ℃ for 5 hr to deposit ZnO microroads. The resulting layers were applied to the photoelectrodes of hybrid solar cells, and photovoltaic properties of the devices were investigated.
