Low temperature synthesis of ZnO nanorods for photocatalytic application |
초록 |
ZnO nanorods were fabricated under low temperature and room pressure conditions for application as photocatalyst. The morphology of ZnO particles were changed from spherical shape to nanorods with control of precursor ratio. The size and morphology of ZnO were investigated by TEM. The XRD was used to observe the lattice parameter and crystal structure of ZnO. As the aspect ratio of ZnO increased from 2.03 to 9.3, photocatalytic kinetic constant increased from 0.327 min-1 to 0.481 min-1, which indicated that enhancement of electron-hole separation could be achieved in ZnO nanorod synthesis in room condition. |
