초록 | Additive effect on the gelation property of thermosensitive poly(organophosphazenes) 안성원, 김종만* , 송수창 한국과학기술연구원 생화학물질연구센터 *한양대학교 화학공학과 (E-mail : [email protected]) Thermosensitive poly(organophosphazene) gels with α-amino-ω-methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol) and hydrophobic amino acid esters(L-isoleucin ethyl ester, DL-leucine ethyl ester, L-valine ethyl ester) as side groups have been synthesized. The poly(organophosphazene) gels were characterized by means of 1H-, 31P-NMR spectrascopies and GPC. Aqueous solutions of the poly(organophosphazenes) exhibited thermosensitive gelation behavior. The gelation properties of the polymers depended on kinds and concentration of additives. Most inorganic salts caused to decrease the gelation temperature of the polymer solution. On the other hand, organic salts increased the gelation temperature. |
