제목 Oleylamine modified graphene oxide for polymeric semiconductor
초록 Graphene oxide (GO) is an individual sheet of oxidized carbon atoms. Because of its variety oxygen-containing functionalities, GO is easily dispersed in water. However its strong hydrophilic nature limits its dispersibility in certain organic solvents and hinders its application, especially in the polymer composite area. Therefore, to overcome its immiscible property in organic solvent, we introduced alkyl chain by chemical bonding. After reacting with alkyl group, GO surface was decorated with amide and it was easily dispersed in various organic solvent without degradation of size and shape of graphene oxide sheet, this GO dispersion could be used as a semiconductor when mixed with conducting polymer.
