제목 | Highly Sensitive SERS Probes with silica template structure based on Nanogap Control of Au-Ag Alloys |
초록 | Inthis study, we report how to fabricate a robust, reproducible and reliablesurface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) probe for high-sensitivity chemicaldetection. As a high-sensitivity SERS probe, SiO2@Au@Agnanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized by introducing Au NP seeds into a silicatemplate and growing Ag as an alloy type on its surface. The SERS activity ofSiO2@Au@Ag NPs is regulated by the AgNO3 concentration,and as the AgNO3 concentration increases, an Ag shell grows on theAu seed surface and a nanogap is formed between the two Ag nanoparticles on theprobe surface. The SERS signal intensity of SiO2@Au@Ag NPs wasdetermined using the Raman chemical 4-aminothiophenol (ATP). Since SiO2@Au@AgNPs have strong SERS signals, they can be applied as high-sensitivity SERSprobes and can be used for quantitative detection of trace chemicals. Inaddition, the excellent Raman signal reproducibility of SiO2@Au@AgNPs to 4-ATP has potential for use in in situ detection. |
