제목 Measuring anisotropic properties and modeling of Poly phenylene sulfide, Polycarbonate composites filled with carbon fillers
초록 Recently, polymer composites filled with thermally conductive fillers are emerging in electronic fields as an effective way to solve the thermal problem. In this study, graphite particles and carbon fibers were added to poly phenylene sulfide (PPS) and polycarbonate (PC) to develop the heat dissipation materials and both the through-plane and in-plane thermal conductivity of the resulting composites were tested using the laser flash method. For each polymer, thermally conductive composites were produced with varying the amounts of graphite and carbon fibers. Additionally, several thermal conductivity models were introduced to predict the thermal conductivity of the composites.
