제목 The property comparison of methyl substituents at ortho, meta and para position from anthracene derivatives for OLEDs
초록  Four different new emitting layer materials of various side groups were designed that ortho, mata and para position. Four materials were synthesized as EML material for Organic Light Emitting Devices (OLED). For improving hole infection properties this materials were designed to contained bulky aromatic side groups and aromatic amine groups. Four compounds were used as emitting layer (EML) in OLED device: ITO / 2-TNATA (60 nm) / NPB (15 nm) / CUK host 4% / CUK Series(35nm) / Alq3 (20nm) / LiF / Al. The CUK Series in a doped showed the best performance when the luminance efficiency and power efficiency of device reached 21.58 cd/A and 9.27 lm/W at a driving current of 10 mA/cm2.
