Fabrication of Asymmetric AAO Membrane using High-Field Anodization |
초록 |
Self-ordered anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) has generated considerable interest in both scientific research and commercial application due to the easy and economic fabrication and the wonderful pore structure. For a membrane application, the narrow size distribution and the high density of nano-sized pores are beneficial to the size-selectivity but the long channels of the straight pores which is inevitable for the durability of the membrane are detrimental not only to the permeability but also to the productivity of AAO membrane. In order to resolve the contradictory problem, we combined the high-field anodization and the conventional low-field anodization to fabricate an aymmetric membrane. The asymmetric structure dependent upon the voltage modulation was analyzed by field enhanced scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) |
