Carbon material is frequently used as supports to load Platinum (Pt) nanoparticles as catalysts in fuel cell. Pt supported secondary carbon material that combining hydrophilic graphene oxide (GO) and carbon nanotubes (CNT) of high conductivity. HCl functionalization expect to increase to form carboxylic and hydroxyl bonds on the carbon nanotube surface. In our research, we compared the electrochemical property between Pt-rGO/CNT and Pt-rGO/f-CNT. Crystallinity, structure and size of catalysts were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement. Average particle size and morphology were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). |
