제목 | Comparative study of CZTSe solar cells on various TCO substrates |
초록 | Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin film solar cell has been drawn attention due to its eco-friendliness and sustainability. Recently, alternative back contact of CZTSSe solar cells has been examined due to unfavorable MoSe formation. TCO substrates have a great potential as a promising alternative back contact, considering its diverse usages such as transparent, tandam and bifacial solar cells. From the electrical viewpoint, the work function of TCO is relatively higher than that of Mo, which is also beneficial for ohmic contact with CZTSSe absorber. In this work, CZTSSe was deposited on TCO substrates using FTO and ITO. The CZTSSe absorber on FTO and ITO showed a power conversion efficiency of 5.72, 4.12 %, respectively.
