Scale-up Synthesis of Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering Nanoprobe having High Reproducibility and Long-term Stability |
초록 |
Surface enhanced Raman scattering nanoprobes (SERS dots) were prepared using a large scale synthesis method. Single particles were analyzed to demonstrate the high sensitivity of SERS dots and stored for 300 hours in buffer solution and deionized water to demonstrate long term stability. This feature suggests that SERS dots can be used as a targeting agent in practical applications. |
