제목 | Effect of CH4 gas environment on aromatic content of bio-oils in catalytic pyrolysis of biomass |
초록 | Bio-oils is mainly composed of oxygenated compounds. To overcome these issues, bio-oil has to be upgraded by hydrodeoxygenation of bio-oil, but this process not yet been commercialized. This paper is to utilize CH4 as a source of the hydrogen for the conversion of oxygenated compounds present in the bio-oil to aromatic rich fuel. It is expecting that the bio-oil produced in the pyrolysis of yellow poplar in presence CH4 might selectively produces alkyl phenols.
