제목 Oligomer electrolytes as the Cathode Interlayer based on fluorene for polymer solar cells
초록 Oligomer interlayer materials named of BFB salt, TFT salt, and BfFBf salt were synthesized successfully by the Suzuki and Stille coupling reaction. All the materials revealed good solubility in the polar protic solvents such as methanol. The work function (WF) of ITO and ITO/ZnO decreased after being modified by BFB salt, TFT salt, and BfFBf salt. The materials had a better result in reducing the work function of ITO than ZnO, which indicate that salt materials can provide a stronger interfacial interaction than ZnO does. Subsequently, all cathode interfacial materials showed a good performance in modifying the WF of the metal cathode that indicates the formation of a favorable interface dipole which can facilitate charge injection. All the PCEs of the device with oligomer salts, BFB Salt ( 7.98% ), TFT Salt ( 8.17% ), and BfFBf Salt ( 8.26% ), exhibit more superior than the device treated with methanol.
