제목 Effect of thermal annealing on the degradation of organic photovoltaic cells
초록 Recent research of organic photovoltaic cells (OPVs) has mainly focused on achieving high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and has shown remarkable progress. However, the lifetime and degradation mechanism of OPVs are not fully understood. Here, we investigated the thermal annealing effect on the lifetime of the OPVs as well as PCE using a poly(3-hexyl-thiophene) (P3HT) and [6-6]-phenyl C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) blend as the photoactive layer. We compared the lifetime of the devices by varying the regioregularity of P3HT and thermal annealing conditions of the devices. Moreover, we have investigated the effect of a metal fluoride cathode interlayer on the lifetime of thermally annealed devices.
