제목 Synthesis and Performance of Water-Soluble Perylenediimide Derivatives for Biological Fluorescence Imaging
초록 we report the synthesis of the water soluble perylenediimide derivative(J1-PDI) and the investigation of in vitro and in vivo bioimaging and biomedical characteristics. Perylenediimide derivatives have been shown highly fluorescent labels for biologically probes. However, their poor solubility has limited the application in the bioimaging and biosensing. To improve their solubility, perylenediimide was coupled with poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), which endowed the good water solubility and biocompatibility to the fluorescent. Compared to the in vivo bioimaging of the control without PEG, the one of the PEG derivatized J1-PDI demonstrated the superb fluorescent imaging. Also, we confirmed it is applicable to in vivo or cellular imaging.
