In this study, conducting silicone PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) was prepared by compounding vinyl-functional poly (dimethyl siloxane), TQ resin and hydrogen-functional poly(dimethyl siloxane) in high speed dissolver, after adding conducting polypyrrole. Vinyl-functional poly(dimethyl siloxane) was synthesized by octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane(D4) and 1,1,3,3,-tetramethyl-1,3-divinyldisiloxane(MVS) as end-blocker. TQ resin was synthesized by methyltriclorosilane, methylvinyldichloro silane, tetraethylorthosilicate, trimethyl chlorosilane. The structures of vinyl-functional poly(dimethyl siloxane) and TQ resin were confirmed by the measurement of FT - IR and NMR. The mechanical properties of conducting silicone PSA were confirmed by peel adhesion, cohesive strength measurement. Conducting silicone PSA showed the surface resistance of 108~10 Ω/□. |
