제목 Evaluations of Self Cross-Linking Chondroitin sulfate-Poly(ethylene oxide) Hydrogel
초록 Chondroitin sulfate (CS), a linear polysaccharide chain with a molecular weight of 50-100 kDa, consisted of disaccharide repeating units of 1-3 linkage of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetylgalactosamine with sulfate groups. After acrylation of CS via EDC chemistry and fabrication of self cross-linking CS-poly(ethylene oxide) hydrogel under different experimental conditions, we evaluated its gel induction conditions such as reaction temperatures, precursor solution component ratios, concentrations and swelling. The biological properties of CS-PEO hydrogel were also evaluated as degradation with/without chondroitinase ABC, in vitro bone cell behaviors, and cellular compatibility.
