제목 Human growth hormone-loaded Hydrogels composed of cinnamoyl alginate, cinnamoyl Pluronic F127 and cinnamoyl poly(ethylene glcol)
초록 Cinnamoyl alginate, cinnamoyl Pluronic F127 and cinnamoyl poly(ethylene glcol) could be self-assembled into hydrogels, possibly due to hydrophobic interaction between cinnamic acid residues. Human growth hormone (hGH) could readily be loaded in the hydrogel under an acidic condition possibly due to the electrostatic interaction between hGH and CinAlg. hGH hardly released from the hydrogel at body temperature (37℃) when the release medium was at acidic condition (e.g. pH 3.0, pH 5.0). But it readily released at the same temperature when the medium was at physiological pH (e.g. pH 7.4) and at an alkaline condition (e.g. pH 9.0). However, slow release of hGH was observed for 100 hr possibly due to the layer of thermally condensed Pluronic F127 chains. And, initial burst release was suppressed as the CinPlu content increased.
