제목 Highly-interconnected macroporous poly (D,L-lactic acid-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) scaffold with PEG-PLGA Diblock and NaCl by Thermally Induced Phase Separation
초록 The biodegradable Poly (D,L-lactic acid–co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) scaffold was prepared by thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) using dioxane as a solvent, water as a nonsolvent. The effect of additives, PEG, PEG-PLGA diblock and NaCl on the fabrication of scaffold was investigated. PLGA with different additive in dioxane/water mixture (87/13, by wt) were tested for the molecular structural effect on cloud-point temperature. Morphology of scaffold was studied by varying processing parameters including quenching temperature, polymer concentration, and molecular structure as a function of aging time.
