Colloidal nanocrystals of inorganic cesium lead halide (CsPbX3, X = Cl, Br, I, or combinations thereof) perovskites have attracted much attention for photonic and optoelectronic applications due to the high carrier mobility, easily tunable optical absorption range, manufacturing simplicity and low cost. And the optical and electrical properties of the halide perovskites significantly depend on the size, shape, and structure of the nanocrystal. Therefore, various studies on the shape, size, and structure control of nanocrystals have been carried out and it has been found that the chain length of the ligand is also one of the influencing factors. However, it is not clear exactly why the chain length of the ligand affects it. In this study, we synthesized halide perovskite nanocrystals by controlling the ligand length and amount, and investigated the changes in nanocrystals accordingly. Based on the results, we have identified the tendency and found the effect of amine ligands and acid ligands on perovskite nanocrystals. |
