A Study on the Preparation of Interdigited Heterojunction between Copper Phthalocyanine and TiO2 Nanotubes Arrays |
초록 |
Hybrid photovoltaic device based on organic and inorganic electron donor/acceptor pairs is considered as a way to approach the new type of solar cells. This study is a preliminary results investigated on the way of the preparation of interdigited heterojunction composed of TiO2 nanotubes arrays and copper phthalocyanine (CuPc). For the formation of interdigited structure, one part of highly ordered nanotubes is previously prepared and followed by the impregnation of another part of donor/acceptor pairs. The TiO2 nanotubes arrays are prepared by electrochemical anodization of Ti foil in the electrolytes containing fluoride ion. The CuPc was deposited onto the TiO2 nanotubes arrays using vacuum deposition, electrodeposition, spin coating, etc. The factors determining the morphology of CuPc deposited onto TiO2 nanotubes arrays were analysed with the aids of SEM, IPCE and crystal structure analysis. |
