제목 Semi-Crystalline A1-D-A2 Benzotriazole based Polymer: Synthesis and Characterization for High Efficient Polymer Solar Cell
초록 The development of new semiconducting polymers for highly efficient polymer solar cells (PSCs) has been still challenging. This study reports that by incorporating benzotriazole as a second electron-deficient monomer in benzothiadiazole conjugated polymers enables narrowing the optical band gap to ≈1.66 eV. With a planar polymeric backbone formed via traditional hydrogen bonding H---F, H---O, H---N and noncovalent interactions such as O---S, N---S and S---F interactions, leading to highly crystalline morphology in the film. Bulk heterojunction PSCs were fabricated based on the blend of the polymers and PCBM with a weight ratio of 1:1. The device performance is dramatically improved as the additive DIO was added, due to enhanced film morphology. Power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 7.00% with JSC of 14.64 mA cm-2, VOC of 0.75V, and FF of 0.64 has been achieved.
