The preparation of high-solid coating with acrylic resins were adjusted to fix the glass transition temperature for 30℃ and OH value for 150, but molecular weight adjustment and functional monomers were changed. The high-solid coating with acrylic resins were synthesized by cure reaction of synthetic acrylic resins containing hydroxyl functional group contents and non-yellowish polyisocyanate. The physical properties such as viscosity, hardness, clarity, flatness, fouling resistance and curing characteristics of high-solid coating with acrylic resins were investigated. |
