제목 Influence of Crosslink Monomer on the Ion Conductivities and Curing Behavior of UV-LED curable Gel Electrolytes
초록 A new type of gel polymer electrolytes was prepared by UV-LED curing. These UV-LED cured gel electrolytes were composed of TMPTA/PEGDA/HPC and PETA/PEGDA/HPC blend systems containing 1 M LiPF6 solution in EC/PC, respectively. The effects of crosslink monomer and PEGDA concentration on the electrochemical and mechanical properties, and curing behavior were studied by using impedance spectroscopy, UTM, and Photo-DSC. The obtained gel film was flexible and self-standing with proper mechanical strength. The results showed that the crosslink monomer type was the significant factor affecting the ion conductivities and curing properties of UV-LED curable gel electrolytes. The ionic conductivity of TMPTA/PEGDA/HPC system can reach 3.2×10-3 S cm-1 at room temperature.
