제목 Effect of Chain Structure of Diisocyanate and Chain Extender on the Adhesive Characteristics of Water-borne Polyurethane
초록 This experiment makes the Enviromently-friendly Polyurethane adhesive. This works setting up optimum adhesive force on the variation of diisocyanate type and contents and a kind of chain extenders. PUD were prepared PTMG(MW:1000), Isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), Toluene diisocyanate(TDI), Triethylamine(TEA), Dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA), a catalyst of Acetone, dispersion medium of D.D.I. A property of PUD were measured a mole formation of polyol and diisocyanate by FT-IR and back-titration method , a mloecular weight and distribution by GPC, thermo property by DSC, a particle size and distribution by Particle Analyzer, adhesive force test of peel and shear strength by UTM.
