제목 Direct-Write Patterning of Graphene Quantum Dots by Dip-Pen Nanolithography
초록 Dip-pen nanolithography(DPN) offers a direct-write method for delivering various molecular species onto a substrate surface in one step experiment. Limitations of conventional DPN system such as low patterning speed and limited ink volume on the tip surface could be overcome with a nano-porous poly(2-methyl-2-oxazoline) (PMeOx) hydrogel coated tip. In this work, we have successfuly created dot arrays and line of Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) using carrier agents on amine-modified Si-wafer. Patterns of GQDs were characterized by AFM, SEM and fluorescent microscopy.
