제목 Tissue Engineering of the Hybrid ePTFE Vascular Graft
초록 Tissue engineering of the hybrid ePTFE graft composed of biodegradable polylactide and non-biodegradable ePTFE was performed by in vitro culturing smooth muscle cells for several weeks. The results showed that tissue formation was obtained inside the ePTFE by replacing its biodegradable polylactide layers with the generated tissue by smooth muscle cells. Cellular growth into the pores of the ePTFE was further verified by stains and scanning electron microscopy.
