제목 | Improving the supercapacitive properties of Na1/3MnO2 by Ni doping |
초록 | Na1/3MnO2 was synthesized by simple and salable solid state method and explored as a supercapacitor electrode material. To improve its performance, an amount of Ni was doped into it to form Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2. The materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM and SAED techniques and Cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge and discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used for electrochemical studies. The electrochemical data showed that doping Na2/3MnO2 with an active mass of Ni effectively enhances the supercapacitive performance of the material. Thus, Na2/3MnO2 had a specific capacitance of 210.29 F/g while Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O2 showed a specific capacitance of 532.1 F/g. |
