제목 Metal halide perovskite light emitting displays with high color purity at full color spectrum
초록 Metal halide perovskite has been considered as a promising candidate of light emitter because of its unique properties such as high color purity due to narrow emission spectrum, proper valence band edge for charge injection, convenient color tunability, and solution processability. However, it has weak emission at room temperature by thermal ionization of excitons. Hence, the excitons should be physically confined within the nanosized perovskite crystals. Here, we synthesized the nanosized perovskite emitters with high color purity at full color spectrum by solution process.
