제목 Controlled Growth of Triisopropylsilylethynyl Pentacene Single Crystals On Organic Ferreoelectric Topographic Pre-pattern for memory applications
초록 Organic single crystalline semiconductors have been investigated for use in organic field effect transistors and memory devices. Organic single crystalline semiconductor has been a primary candidate for the transistor and memory devices in that high electron/hole mobility and stability. Soluble Triisopropylsilyl pentacene (TIPS-PEN) single crystal is one of the best organic semiconductors. For ferroelectric memory devices, poyl(vinylidene fluoride - Trifluoroethylene) (PVDF-TrFE) as an insulator which has ferroelectric dipole polarity was used. Here, we developed a new patterning process of single crystalline TIPS-PEN grown on P(VDF-TrFE) topographic line pattern performed with transfer printing. Surface energy and topographic morphology controlled the growth of TIPS-PEN single crystals. The electrical properties of the patterned TIP-PEN single crystal memory devices were measured using semiconductor system.
