제목 확산접한된 블랭크를 이용한 구형 압력용기의 초소성 성형에 관한 유한요소해석
초록 In the current study, a finite element analysis on superplastic blow forming process of spherical pressure vessel has been carried out. The existing manufacturing process of spherical pressure vessel is to form two hemishperes separately, and then join them by welding process. In this case, the reliability might be low due to welding defects, and the strength decrease in weldment and HAZ appears. Thus the crruent study tried to manufacture pressure vessels using diffusion bonded envelopes in order to enhance the existing manufacturing technology and the feasiblity of the enhanced manufacturing route is investigated by FE simulation.
