Preparations of low-sintered TiO2 pastes using Ti-alkoxide precursor for Flexible Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells |
| 초록 |
TiO2 pastes for low-temperature fabrication were prepared from a nanoparticle TiO2 solution dispersed in ethanol including Ti-alkoxide precursor solution. Flexible DSSCs can be applied to many parts because of its light weight and flexibility.We fabricated three different kinds of TiO2 pastes, and five types of multilayered TiO2 electrodes using them were prepared by the sintering process at 140oC. Photovoltaic characteristics of flexible DSSC devices by low-temperature sintering process were measured using a Solar Simulator with a black mask under AM 1.5. |
