제목 Preparation and charaterization of water soluble a glucose-responsive polymer
초록 We synthesized water-soluble block copolymers retaining glucose-responsive property. Those were synthesized using poly(ethylene oxide)-based RAFT agent via RAFT radical polymerization of (metharcylamido)phenyl boronic acid. (Methacrylamido)phenyl boronic acid was synthesized by the reaction of 3-aminophenyl boronic acid with methacryloyl chloride in THF at 0℃. Thus, water-soluble glucose-sensitive block copolymer was obtained from RAFT radical polymerization of (methacrylamido)phenyl boronic acid using PEO-based RAFT agent carrying a dithioester group and AIBN in THF at 35℃ for 12h. In this presentation, we report the results for the above study.
