Perovskite surface passivation using effective functional groups |
초록 |
Perovskite photoelectric units have rapidly increased since the first report on efficient solid state Perovskite solar cells in 2012. Passivation of electron defects at the surface of perovskite material and grain boundaries is one of the most important strategies to suppress charge recombination in perovskite solar cells. In order to improve the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells, substances with various functional groups that passivate the surface of perovskite have been used. It uses a variety of substances to reduce defects in the surface and grain boundaries for increasing efficiency and stability. |
